«Cityscape Qatar» seeks to dispel investors' caution:

Qatar's 2018 exhibition, which attracts investors, businessmen and commercial brokers from the local market, will be concluded on Wednesday by investors looking for investments and special deals to view the projects offered by the participating companies in the exhibition which are marketed to their projects in different countries of the world. A growing investment market such as Qatar, which is the target of investment from various international companies even in the shadow of the economic crisis, especially with the approach of the World Cup 2022.

Prince Hassan of the Green Valley Real Estate Company said that the company is promoting its projects in Bosnia, Georgia, Morocco and Fujairah in the Qatari market through Cityscape, noting that the company has 14 branches in the Arab world and is keen to participate in the exhibition every year He praised Qataris wishing to invest in these countries which are considered to be the most attractive destinations for tourism investment.

Affected

Prince Hassan said that the crisis affected the real estate sector and that last year and even the last five years were better than this year as the performance of the sector fell by more than 30%, stressing that everyone is waiting for improvement within a year.

Legacy

Engineer Rifaat Qassem, Project Manager, Itqan, said that the latter is participating in the Cityscape Qatar Marketing Exhibition, which is one of the largest legacies in the Middle East region.
